Return Policy

All returns will be store credit only.

Please note that the state of California law allows retailers to have own store return policy.

Under California law, retailers are NOT required to offer refunds, store credit or exchange, except in the case of defective merchandise, as long as they post a proper notice informing customers of such.

Please report your returns within 7days after your merchandise has been recieved.

We charge $5 shipping fee or actual cost of shipping whichever higher.

We will send exchanged items AFTER we recieve returning items and shipping fees.

Besides the marchandise  is defictive, all the shipping fees are paid by customer.

Plus there will be restocked fee $3 for per order.

If the merchandise was torn or a wrong order, please report it within 7days. We will replace it. If the merchandise is out of stock, we will give you store credit.

Please send it back by USPS first class to get your shipping cost refunded.

If you choose to send the merchandise back by other shipping services such as UPS , Express mail, or Priority mail, the difference will be paid by the custmer.

Kisskissjpではリターンを受け付けていますので、当社のリターンポリシーにしたがって対処していきます。

商品が届いてから７日以内に、メールでお知らせください。

送料はすべてお客様負担となります。交換の時の送料もお客様負担となりますのでご了承ください。

＄３の在庫経費がかかります。

交換の商品は、返品の商品が到着後、送料＋在庫経費＄３の合計のお支払いの確認が取れましたら、配送となります。

万が一、商品の欠陥で返品の場合は、返金または、交換させていただきます。

その際の送料は当社で負担いたしますが、１３オンス以下はUSPS　First classでの配送のみ負担いたします。１ポンド以上はUSPSのプライオリティーのみ、負担いたします。Express, ups, fedexなどでの送料は当社では負担いたしませんのでご了承ください。
